Fred is the Founder and CEO of Actionplus Foundation. He is an ordained minister of the gospel, called into ministry in 1982.
The Apostle Fred Osei Annin was born on the 28th of November 1955 and is an ordained minister who has been working in the Pastoral ministry full time since 1982. He had his ministerial training at the Full Gospel Bible College and the Fountain Gate Bible Seminary in Ghana where he obtained the bachelor of ministerial theology degree. After his graduation from the Seminary, he worked with the Full Gospel Church in Tema, Ghana for 8 years.
In 1990 he was invited to the UK by the Chalk Farm Baptist Church in London for a missionary trip to minister in churches across England and finally did an interview with the Cross Rhythms Magazine about his successes in the worship ministry in Ghana. In 1992 he returned to the UK to begin his ministry as directed by the Holy Spirit.
In 1997 he established the Actionplus Foundation which is now a leading Global HIV advocacy organisation. He is also the General Overseer of Joy City Chapel International.
REV GEORGE ADU GYAMFI is the chairman of the Management Committee of Actionplus Foundation Luton branch. A position he has held for the past 7 years from the time the charity was launched in Luton.
He was the first Pastor to receive us in Luton and with his support and unflinching commitment to the vision and mission of Actionplus Foundation, we have managed to touch the heart of many Pastors and faith leaders from the BAME and faith communities, giving us the opportunity to open free and confidential HIV testing centres in churches within Luton town.
He has visited our project site in Ghana several times and has also offered his church in Luton to be used freely as our administrative base. He is the head Pastor of Inspirational Charismatic Church (House of Prayer) Luton.
Waiting for patients to come and see me in the hospital is no longer satisfying, that is why I am excited to be part of Action Plus Foundation, a Foundation that committed to extending medical care to people where they live, play and work.
The community health model of care is what we are about.
We have been working during these challenging period of the COVID pandemic and will continue to respond accordingly as the health needs of our communities change.
Working with Action Plus Foundation is truly a worthwhile role for me and will continue to be the case for a long time to come.
I currently work in Accidents and Emergency department in a London Hospital and a certified leadership coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team.
It is always a pleasure to serve in whatever capacity necessary to carry this great work forward.
CHARLES OWUSU holds a Diploma in Accounting, B.A. (Hons) degree in Management and Sociology from the University of Ghana and MBA (Global Business and Social Entrepreneurship) from the Sacred Heart University of Millan, Italy and (MBA in Health Services Management in-progress). He also, holds a Certified Credit Administrator Certificate from the Ghana Banking College.
He is currently the Administrative Manager of the Family Health Division of Ghana Health Service, national headquarters, Accra, Ghana.
He has been working as a volunteer programme manager since the launch of Actionplus Foundation Ghana in 2007.
JOHN KINI, was born on the 12th December, 1984 He is a Carpenter by profession and a footballer. He joined Actionplus in 2017 as an Assistant Coach for Actionplus FC.
He does his volunteering work with full commitment.
He is a big inspiration to many especially the young people.
GRACE AFI HADZOR was born on the 9th March, 1979
She holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Business Management from the University of Education, Winneba and has since shown a high sense of integrity and dedication in the discharge of her duties to Ghana Education Service.
She accepts responsibilities readily and is able to work with little or without supervision.
Since 2008, she has selflessly offered herself voluntary to support and sustain the work of Actionplus Foundation Ghana as the Public Relation Officer (Volunteer)
She is very passionate, a motivator who does her teaching and volunteering work with a touch of excellence. She was also nominated for the Global Teacher Prize in September 2017 (Varkey Foundation) in the United Kingdom.
Mr MICHAEL OFOSUHENE is the Administrative Manager of Actionplus Foundation Ghana.
He is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, report writing, records and files keeping, meetings and project planning. With a solid background of computer skills gained from the Regent University College of Science and Technology, he is able to use Microsoft Office software and database management tools to meet administrative demands.
He has served in this capacity since the launch of Actionplus in 2007.
Mrs Florence Osei Annin is the Country Director Actionplus Foundation Uganda.
Florence is a Co- Founder of Actionplus with her husband. She has since the beginning of the establishment of the Foundation in 1997 played a supportive role in the up and running of the entire organisation.
She was the brain behind the opening of the East African branch of our charity and is now the country director of the Ugandan branch now based in Jinja.
Her main role is to oversee the smooth running of our charity in East Africa and playing a leading role in the day to day administration and ensuring that all projects and activities by the charity in the country are successfully accomplished.
Elvis Sanguemba was born on the 22nd of August 1971 in Congo Brazzaville. He is a graduate in marketing.
He has been a member of ActioNplus Foundation since 2012.He is a trustees and head of the accounts department.
Elvis is married with 3 children.

Ms Ameenan Angeline Kouakou was born on the 27th of May 1974 in the Ivory Coast. She is a professional teacher who joined Actionplus Foundation in 2010.
She has been very influential in the HIV campaign in the BAME and faith communities in London.
She serves as a volunteer welfare officer and one of the longest serving trustees of our organisation.
Ms Anna Acheampong holds a Bachelor of Education degree. She has gained many years of experience as a volunteer speaker, teacher and youth worker. She is a member of the executive committee of Actionplus Foundation, Colchester branch. She is also in charge of the online ministry, including Moderation of events and conferences
Mrs Anita Boakye Kessie holds a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Theology with Logus University in USA. She is a philanthropist who has enormous passion for people especially the needy. She heads the on line prayer and counselling department of Actionplus Foundation. She is also an executive member of the Foundation at our Colchester branch
Charles Zutah Addo is the National Coordinator of Actionplus Foundation Ghana. He completed his A Level Education at Chemu Secondary School in Tema Ghana. Charles is married with 5 Children. He has worked for the organisation on voluntary basis for the past 11 years.
